•  Cross-border, multi-currency payout tools
Influpay acts as a neutral third-party facilitator. We are not liable for the success, quality, or delivery of influencer-produced content.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:
•  Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws
•  Not engage in fraud, money laundering, or sanction violations
•  Provide accurate and truthful account and transaction information
•  Do not misuse the platform to cause harm or disruption
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accounts & Access

•  You must register for an account to access certain features. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
•  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse or policy violations.

Pricing & Payment

•  Influpay offers flexible pricing plans tailored for brands, including a free starter tier, a monthly subscription plan with reduced commissions, and a fully customized enterprise solution.
•  Details of current pricing tiers, token usage, and platform fees are available on our official Pricing Page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, with notice provided via the Pricing Page or direct user communication.

Dispute Resolution

•  All payments are held in escrow until deliverables are confirmed. In the event of a dispute, Influpay will evaluate evidence submitted by both parties and make a resolution decision at our discretion.
•  We aim to protect both brand and creator interests fairly and transparently.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content provided by Influpay remain our intellectual property. Users may not copy, reproduce, or reuse platform elements without written consent.

Termination

•  We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access at any time if you breach these terms.
•  You may cancel your account at any time, but you remain liable for any outstanding fees or disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influpay is not liable for:
•  Indirect or consequential damages
•  Platform outages or data loss
•  Losses due to influencer underperformance or delays
You agree to use the platform at your own risk.

Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Influpay after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
