Scope of Services
InfluPay is an AI SaaS product operated by Photura Limited. The platform supports creator collaboration workflows, including:
- Contract creation and agreement management
- Escrow-based milestone payment processing
- AI-powered content verification
- Cross-border, multi-currency payout tools
User Responsibilities
By using InfluPay, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Keep your account credentials confidential
Accounts & Access
You may need to register for an account to use certain features. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are breached or when required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Pricing & Payment
InfluPay offers flexible pricing plans. Current plan details, collaboration fees, billing cycles, and included features are shown on the Pricing page. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Dispute Resolution
Payments may be held in escrow until agreed deliverables or milestones are confirmed. If a dispute arises, InfluPay may review the agreement, submission records, approvals, messages, and other relevant evidence. Our aim is to protect both parties and support a fair resolution.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content and materials you submit, subject to the rights granted in your collaboration agreement. You grant InfluPay the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and operate the service.
Termination
You may stop using InfluPay at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or exposes the platform to legal or security concerns.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photura Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; service interruptions or data loss; or the performance, conduct, or results of a brand, agency, or creator. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or other reasonable means. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
